View from the room was simply amazing, location was convenient, only one street over from the vaporetto station, so easy to get around. Laura and her husband were very helpful in providing the transportation information and local suggestions. "Period hotel with great breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom clean and lovely. The check in staff downstairs were helpful too. The lift and heating worked well. Excellent location, a few steps from the train and Grand Canal. When we booked it said Grand Canal views. Our room had no views other than an old unloved roof. That was disappointing. "
