"The only thing I want to say about this stay is that one of the main reasons I decided to book it was because of the rooms and the pool. There was a yakuze that didn’t work which was fine but the pool was so freezing cold we could only enjoy it once on the first day only for a few minutes. When I brought up the complaint they would tell us that they were going to send someone to fix the heater but it was all a lie. They are very communicative until you have an issue then they will ghost...
