"We had a clean spacious room with a great view. The staff was exceptionally friendly storing our luggage so we could explore the city. The hotel is right by one of the trolley 28 termination points. Easy walk to several squares, lookout points and an elevator. Recommend buying 24 hour metro pass and exploring Lisbon using the Mundial as a home base. I believe it works on the elevator too."

" I had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Lisbon. The location is great-close to the airport and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely consider staying again! "

Staff in the dining area of the main floor bar needed better training - insisting that a salad contained no nuts (none shown as an ingredient on the menu) when it clearly did, then shrugging it off despite having been advised of a severe nut allergy. Pasta dinner arrived cold and it took several minutes after being served to get cutlery. "
