"This was my worst ever hotel experience. Ignorance, incompetence, and shady practices. I arrived late at night and they told me my room was under repair. I said just give me a different room, and they said they couldn't do that--I would have to cancel the room and upgrade to a new room, and pay upfront. I did that, haven't received my refund on the canceled room yet, and the replacement room smelled like mold. They don't speak English and don't know how to help you with routine hotel...

"The room is very spacious and has a good layout. Very modern. Honestly I can spend a whole day in my room feeling homely. The beds are very comfortable. The aerospace theme makes it extra interesting. The only issue I would point out is that the shower door is a bit leaky, and the shower drain is slow. Every time I take a shower, some water leaked out to the floor outside. It is a minor issue."
