"Montevalle was a beautiful property! The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Other amenities like the pool & jacuzzi is well maintained. Service at the restaurant and reception was great! They call themselves a Wellness resort but it was cumbersome to book a massage online. Only packages are listed & not individual massages. We had booked two massages online but when we checked in they told us that it’s not shown on the system. We booked for next day only to be canceled again....

"Milu was very clean, comfortable, and the rooms are big. Everything in the room worked fine (good water pressure, plenty hot water). Loved that each room had it's own fire pit. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. The privacy was also compromised, as the bathroom...

"Don’t expect a bougie, star rated, hotel experience. Very home like. Clean enough to be healthy and comfortable. Very local area not a tourist spot. The neighborhood is full of normal Ensenada life and culture, shops and food places. The owners share the kitchen with guests but we never crossed paths except on arrival and departure. Hubby speaks English, wife understands if you speak slowly. Both very nice. Not far from most attractions. Would stay there again. "
