"The apartment was easy to find and is in the university district of Ensenada. It's a second floor unit that gives you great views no matter what time of day. The place was clean and gives an artist vibe which my wife enjoyed. You get a kitchenette with a little fridge that's spacious enough for short stays. Bathroom is nice and water is hot. WiFi is strong and the TV has streaming services. It also comes with a two car garage that is shared with the unit below but street parking is also...

"We had a very positive experience with Rick and Sandra, from when we booked to check out. They were easy and responsive in their communications and the description is accurate. It is just south of the main drag, but has lots of local eateries and an easy bike ride into the centre. It was just lovely to walk on the beach each morning. "I rented this place to stay for my sister and I. The place was exactly how described. The host was great when I couldn't log in to my app to get access information. I called them a couple of times; they are so amazingly responsive and guided me to what turned out all an extremely straightforward way to access and everything was PERFECT! THANK YOU and we will keep this as one of our favorite places to stay!"

"It was a bit of a distance from where we wanted to be, near the race start. Interesting location, the studio we rented was in a gated area/backyard of I'm assuming the owners home. Looked like there were a few rental options on the property. Clean and cozy studio and felt safe. Would recommend!"

"Very walkable. Close to everything. Seemed like a safe neighborhood around the corner from the police station. There was a reserved space but it is not secure parking. My car was fine on the street though. The internet was fiber and super fast. Yhe only thing is the kitchen was not well appointed. No cutting board, knife, etc. Only a couple plates and glasses. Also only one small thin towel for a 10 -day stay. But mostly a great experience."
