"Other than 2 days of rain we enjoyed our visit. The location is central to the entire valley. The house was large and the kitchen was well equipped. Zully was very responsive and willing to help with any issue. On our last morning we finally had sunshine and were able to relax on the huge front porch take in the view. "

"Very communicative host and a great location that is central to the town and vineyards. The place itself has nice bones but feels a little thrown together and not as clean as one would hope. If the details were taken care of this place would be a 10. The water pressure in the shower could use some help and some new bedding. The Hot tub only worked one day. The host was great and I would stay here again if they invested to clean it up a bit!"

"Loud noise around lots of dogs barking and rusters the shower 🚿 upstairs didn’t have hot water 💧 the bedroom upstairs to warm the traffic was bad all night .homeless walking around very scary 😨 we feel very unsafe.we left early this morning we didn’t want to stay there anymore the people behind us were loud!"

"Don’t expect a bougie, star rated, hotel experience. Very home like. Clean enough to be healthy and comfortable. Very local area not a tourist spot. The neighborhood is full of normal Ensenada life and culture, shops and food places. The owners share the kitchen with guests but we never crossed paths except on arrival and departure. Hubby speaks English, wife understands if you speak slowly. Both very nice. Not far from most attractions. Would stay there again. "

"We have stayed at this beach before. But this is our first time at this property. It was the little things that made a big difference. It was nice to have space heaters as the weather was fairly chilly. Having two and a half bathrooms was also very nice. We loved the partially enclosed porch for watching the waves. The roof deck was cool as well. We liked separate bedroom with its own half bath and three beds. It worked well for our adult kids."

"Great location! Everything we needed for a perfect beach weekend. Note there is no pool or pool access as the listing describes. The Interior is comfortable and clean. The beach access and view is phenomenal just far enough from town to relax and yet close to Restaurants and sites. The hosts were fabulous! Just what we were looking for."

"Casa Vall was an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay very much. The house has four separate bedrooms, three of which have separate entrances which was great for my partner and I travelling with both sets of parents. We loved the wall of doors that open up to the backyard and the property seemed entirely fenced which was awesome for bringing our dogs and walking them on the property. We would absolutely rent this place again in the future."

Just be aware that the property is actually three seperate bedroom/bathroom suites and the common areas (Kitchen / Dining / Living Room are all out of doors seperate from the three suites.Also be aware that Ensenada infrastructure and zoning practices in general are not well developed and managed."

"Subject: Concerns About Room Conditions Our recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The room had bugs constantly falling from the ceiling, including cockroaches, earwigs, and pill bugs. To make matters worse, there was a scorpion in the room. Despite being told the room was fumigated a day or two prior, these pests were prevalent. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like pillows, bed sheets, and toilet paper. The privacy was also compromised, as the bathroom...
