The front desk team, particularly during check-in, demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their warm smiles and efficient service. Special shout out for Annmarie & Lizzie manager!! The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was spotless, with crisp, fresh linens, gleaming surfaces, and meticulously cleaned bathroom fixtures. The attention to detail was remarkable – from the perfectly arranged toiletries to the streak-free mirrors and windows. "Good hotel for a stopover in Rugby. Very convenient location, just off motorway & about 15 minutes from town. Room &. Shower room / WC ok, though very hot and AC didn’t seem to cool it (centrally controlled for heating / cooling) - so had to keep window open, though this was limited. Apart from that very comfortable. Room service had great choice, came quickly and was good. Lots of free onsite parking and plenty of fast EV chargers. "
