"Hotel is perfectly situated in the city. Easy walk in to town. Perfect if you want to be near the station or theatre. Staff were very helpful. The bed was lovely and comfy!"

"This is a beautiful old hotel with character and charm. Some of the areas need a little updating but it’s clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed several meals, including an excellent breakfast during our stay. "

"This was a really convenient place to stay for one night while visiting an old friend. The staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite compact but incredibly clean with everything you need. The only thing I really missed was tea/coffee facilities within the room, but it was all free down in the lobby."

"Room was clean and tidy. Staff upon arrival were friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing... great food at a decent price. My only issue was there was no where to get bottled water or anything else regarding food or drink or snacks ect... after 8.30 when the restaurant closed. Maybe a vending machine would be a good idea or have something available at reception. "
