"We have stayed here a few times and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. Cleanliness and bedrooms have always been very good. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast this visit as the food items were not very warm and the plates were cold. The taste was good, but would have been nicer had they been hotter. "We arrived to a warm friendly reception. Our room was spacious and clean with t&c facilities, hairdryer and well equipped bathroom. Very comfy beds, plugs and charge points everywhere! Breakfast was relaxed despite the hotel being very busy. A server noticed my wife walks with a stick and was quick to offer her to bring her drinks and more. Bonus for us was having a carpark next door. Perfect for central Leicester. Many thanks"

"Overall not too bad a place to stay. Rooms clean and tidy, maybe a little outdated and a bit worn around the edges, but fine for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good value, lots of choice. Outside functional, a little plain but whats expected when situated next to a main road. If in a room like we were near to the road, is a bit noisy but did ease a little as night went on. Be aware, you will need to pay parking, we paid £6 for 24 hours."
