"This incredible cabin has every imaginable amenity. Surrounded by woods on two sides, the views from the living area and bedrooms are enchanting. The kitchen was very well outfitted, the bedrooms and bathrooms spotlessly clean and comfortable, with thoughtful games, books, toys that we could enjoy all day long with our kids. The neighborhood was very remote and quiet. Just what we needed! Would love to stay here again! Our host James was very helpful and responsive."

"This was the perfect place to stay with our family for our son’s hockey tournament. Club house was very close and had a great pool with two hot tubs, arcade game room, and little gym area. Would gladly stay again. Cabin had all the things you’d need for making a meal. Also had several tvs and puzzles for entertainment. The loft was adorable and our kids loved sleeping up there."

"The cabin was super cute and wonderful amenities! It is super close to Breckenridge, A-Basin, Keystone, Copper, and Loveland. Has an amazing pool, 2 hot tubs, dog park, and bus access. The house was right next to the creek and had everything you need to make your stay wonderful!"

"We stayed here in 2023 and now again in 2025. Both times have been great! This time , there was a small hiccup .. the entire resort lost water for an extended period of time due to a leak. It was repaired and everyone was informed and updated throughout the process. Alexis was great about the entire situation and went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. We love this spot and so long as Alexis has it listed, we will be back to stay again. "

"Stayed here with a large group and there was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Check in/out was straightforward and the house was in great condition. Would stay again!"

"Do not rent this place! There are electrical problems! 4 rooms downstairs had no heat and no lights in the bathrooms except a floor lamp that flickered and didn’t reach inside the bathroom! I’m pretty sure floor lamps are hazards in bathrooms. The showers and tips were nasty and stained. One lady flipped her light switch on and sparks flew out and she got shocked. Another lady fell all the way down the stairs which are barely wide enough for a child’s foot. There are nails sticking out of where...

"We snuck up to the Mts with our 15 year old son and dog. The snow and sun chalet was perfect!! Great location, clean, well equipped and very dog friendly!!! We will definitely be back!!"

"Although it was a small home, it had everything we needed! It was the perfect cozy home to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Everything was labeled in the home which made things so much easier to look for. And then the coffee bar and water. A lot of places we have rented didn’t come with any coffee and we’d have to buy water to last us. This place came equipped! "

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying over a week at this location. Prior to arriving, the property manager had excellent communication skills, answered all my questions and provided great details to make check in a very smooth transition. The property had privacy, was quiet and convenient for skiing. When we travel back to this area we hope we can stay here again and would highly recommend this to place to family and friends. "Absolutely beautiful property! The house is cozy and comfortable, and located right on the creek. Sleeping with the window open to hear the water was so relaxing. I loved coffee on the deck in the morning and the hot tub to unwind in the evening. The house is so close to town but you feel secluded. Kenny was an amazing host. I can’t wait to go back again "

"Quiet and comfortable stay in the mountains. Loved the feel of the house. Was upscale but also rustic. Highly recommend if you desire to be a little more secluded but very comfortable. Recommend picking up groceries in Evergreen if coming from Denver airport as there are not any grocery stores nearby. "

"The cabin is nicely situated next to a stream, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect. We never drove more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go, from mountain hikes to downtown strolls. Highly recommend this place for your Breck adventure. One final note, it's rare to find a vacation rental with such comfortable beds!!"

"Nearby and convenient to friends! Had to trouble shoot a few items, but our host was accessible and responsive each time there was a need. As described. Would stay here again!"

"We travels from east texas to this beautiful home to have a white Christmas. The property was just as described on the site, down to the previous reviews stating that the driveway was steep. Upon arriving the driveway was slick and we barely got up it with snow chains. We located the provided sand and salt that was only a scoop full. We tried calling the property management to get more supply and have the driveway treated as previously requested. We didn’t get a call back until the next...

"My wife and I had a great stay in the cabin this past weekend - it was nice to be able to relax by the fireplace after some skiing. Very close to breck so the drive into town wasnt bad at all. Would definitely stay again!"
