"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

First, when I first booked it appeared that the property was only 2-3km from the city, in fact it is 5km from the city center which is revealed only after you book. We asked for a 15.00h check in and had to wait outside an apartment complex not knowing if we were even at the correct property. There was only instructions on how to use the stove top. "Communication was difficult because we only had to write in Italian at the beginning. In the advert, English and Italian are indicated as languages. A phone number is also provided, but the call is rejected. Finally, the communication was moved to WhatsApp. Very strange! The apartment smelled really bad all 3 days we were there. The kitchen facilities were of a very low standard."
