"was great and as advertised"

"The condo was nice and accurately described. The bed was comfortable, lots of hot water with good water pressure. Kitchenette was well stocked. The balcony could have used a little love/upgraded furniture . It was dirty, dusty with ? Owners dusty shoes, two painted bird houses and a plastic sled and some other stuff all covered in thick dust and cob webs. The table was wobbly and dusty. It would have been a nice place to drink morning coffee. I was disappointed that it cost $20/pp per day to use...

"The studio was fine… smaller than we thought and the building as a whole was pretty dated, but the studio seemed updated. Location wasn’t bad, close enough drive to town, but away from the crowds. Walls are paper thin, so you hear everything going on around you in all the other units. It worked for what we needed, but will look elsewhere next time."

"The cabin itself was great and our family had a great time. There is a snowstorm that came through while we were there and was impressed how quickly the streets and our driveway were plowed the next day. Would come again!"

"Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and easy access to Grass Valley and Nevada City. Super quick responses from host. The property is mixed with industrial buildings on the same lot."

"Lodge 4B was a great location for enjoying Palisades Tahoe. It matched the description to a "t". I highly recommend if you're looking for accommodations close to the Tahoe lifts and nearby restaurants. "

"Our unit was advertised on vrbo as a studio but it was a room without studio features (dining area, sink, ...). After I raised my concern, nothing happened. The unit had a very dirty carpet. Dust on everything and a horrible funny looking bathroom curtain. "

"Just walking up to the Kiva rm there was a very nice vibe, going in even better, so pleasant & comfortable, everything available that you can possibly need, eco friendly, clean, bohemian style and just so peaceful. My eyes were very attracted to the beautiful quilt that really made the room stand out. Thank you for a wonderful experience. "
