"This property is spotless and beautiful. It feels very secluded, but is an easy, beautiful drive into Ely. The view is incredible from everywhere in the house and this part of the Burntside Lake is sparsely populated. If you want a multi-generational group to gather here the owners need to address window coverings, especially in the one bathroom that has a shower that does not leak through the floor into the kitchen. "….and that’s exactly what we did! Our stay was better than hoped in celebrating my birthday. My fiance took me to a place he described as majestic and that it is. We could have stayed in town but the true experience of Ely was here. The sunrise and sunset out our window was magnificent! Living of the needs in life made it that more memorable. "We loved our stay in Ely. The property is new, well equipped and setup nicely to handle large groups (we were 8 adults and one infant). Marcus and Abby were very accessible and addressed the few minor requests we had proactively (with follow up to make sure we were happy with the results). If we can get the crew together again next year - we will definitely come back to the Ely Cabin. "

The house was the ideal size, isolated enough but close enough to Ely or Tower if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, long weekend. Couple of the beds were not quite what we expected (twin futons in loft) but over all it was great for the # we had. Girls loved having a room to themselves and the board games were a hit. Nice room outside for yard games and sitting by the fire. "
