"The staff is very nice. We asked for an extra towel and some paper bowls and the gentleman was very happy to accommodate us. Beds are comfortable. Sheets on one bed were on inside out. The elevator is out of order. We are on the 3rd floor, have a 79 year old with us that has a bad knee, and, of course, luggage. I went to get ice and the ice machine is out of order. Also, the bathroom was not very clean, still hair, cob webs and other random dirt on the floor. Considering the sheets on inside...

"The only issue that I had was the sink didn’t drain properly but other than that I had no issues with the property or stay. I would suggest when they tell people to let them know they need the shuttle to also let them know to call in once they have arrived. "
