"Stayed here with my 84 year old father and 4 teenagers. Dad enjoyed his space on the entry level, which also had it own half bath and thermostat. The rest of us had plenty of room upstairs. The location was great. We were able to get to our family in Wilmington in 20 minutes. The river park was merely a 5 minute walk away and the teenagers enjoyed it very much.....I felt it was safe enough for them to walk by themselves. "Lots of room for 5 adults, manageable with 2 full baths and one powder room. Space for everyone to stretch out between our family wedding activities. Some cosmetic blemishes on the inside, but nothing to detract from the sense of a nice property on a very quiet street. Unfortunately, due to our schedules, we were unable to take advantage of the deck, but it looked nice. The location worked out well for our needs."
