"Upon check-in I was told that there were no rooms available I said well I made reservations 2 days ago, the room was surprisingly clean, but air conditioning system leaked all the way across the floor, I tell you it was definitely not worth the $150 spent on the room. "Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "

Sure, there are a dozen "Fit and Finish" sorts of projects that need attention (the many duct tape switch guards and the snaking A/C extension cord come to mind), but the hostess is charming and attentive and all the appliances are more than adequate to get the job done.
