"This historical home is just so cool. My kids kept finding new treasures throughout the home. We used it as homebase for my son's wedding and extended family and friends were very comfortable. Enough spaces, rooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy time together and apart. My kids LOVED the pool which was very comfortable temperature for September. "Absolutely amazing property, especially so during peak foliage. Comfortably furnished, with fabulous views of the lake. Dock and Adirondack chairs outside ideal for curling up w coffee and a book, loons, geese and duck companions. Kitchen nicely appointed with all you might need to cook in, which we advise. Further advise getting groceries in Plattsburgh, as other markets on drive in were bleak. Hiking close-by. Would love to return. "
