The property was clean, spacious and ready for use. The hot tub and sauna were a great bonus.
We rented Fadi’s home and property for the weekend. The house was clean, comfortable, and proved to be a great home base after a day of skiing. Fadi is a great host who communicates well and wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend this property.
This property was fantastic! It has everything you could need, was clean and secluded which is what we wanted. So peaceful and relaxing. The sauna and hot tub are an excellent addition as well as the fire pit, we throughly enjoyed them all. We played golfone day at Bluff Point which was 30 minutes away and hiked Ausable Chasm the next. A great location for adventures and also great to relax too…highly recommend
We had a great time. The owner was very good at communicating with us The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The sauna and hot tub were great addition. Fire pit was conveniently by the house. Driveway was plowed nicely. We had a great time sledding down it. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. We found everything we needed at the house. We pulled right up to the back door to unloaded our things. It was quiet and peaceful and surrounded by nature. Thank you to our host for answering all of our questions immediately and telling us so much about the house. Check in/out was so easy. Next time we will stay longer!

We were bitten by bed bugs
The host is really nice and so is the house though it is at least 30 mins away from skiing & restaurants. Unfortunately too much dirt around the house so you need boots to move between sauna & jacuzzi and we were bitten by bed bugs. House was also full of beetles which owner offered to deal with right away.

We were only at the house for an overnight stop on a trip to Montreal. House was clean and the hot tub was nice. We couldn't get the sauna to work. The worst thing was the plastic mattress pads on all the beds. They were horrible. Made noise every time you moved and made sleeping extremely hot. I've stayed at a number of houses, and this is first time I've experienced anything like this. Other than that, it was a nice place.
We stayed here for a week while our son was at a hockey camp in Lake Placid. Some of the things we really liked were the hot tub and sauna, the wide variety of cooking spices and condiments, and the secluded property. The biggest thing we didn’t like was the cobwebs in our room and bathroom, along with mold on the bathroom ceiling and signs of water damage in the bedroom. The upstairs was extremely hot as well. I’m guessing the water damage was from a portable ac unit that leaked to the bedroom below. It was a bit of drive everywhere we went but we expected that. The main living area and kitchen were very clean and the owner sent a detailed list of instructions so that was great. If the bedroom is shown a little love, it’d be a 5 star instead of 4!
Nice place with space for the family and near the wedding venue and little store. Jacuzzi and sauna were nice bonus enjoyed by all as well as hammock and firepit. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Great host interaction.
Overall good stay. My husband loved the sauna! My only complaint was that there was only 1 AC and it was in the living room, so the bedrooms were very warm even with the doors open and fans on. It was very quiet and clean, everything else we needed. It was approximately 25 mins to a wedding venue on lake Champlain.
We had a lovely stay at Fadi’s home. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and glasses and plenty of appliances for the 6 of us. Perfect for cooking meals at home and a large table to eat with the family. The hot tub and sauna were a nice addition for the cold winter evenings. It was about a 30 minute drive to Whiteface mountain but still close enough to be convenient. We would love to visit again in the summer months.
