"Super beautiful property at the top of Laurel Canyon. Wonderful host in a perfectly sized apartment in the back of a home. I am consistently in the Los Angeles area and this central location is perfect for my needs. I believe the host, Stephen, is very intuitive in the needs of his guests. I did worry that my ins and outs being at early morning and late night, at times may have been inconvenient to my host but am grateful for the stay."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also very quiet and comfortable. Only problem for us was that the refrigerator is very small. "

"This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. "

"The house was great and had everything we needed for two families with young kids looking for some beach time and a day at universal studios. The hosts were very nice and responsive, the views from the multiple decks were awesome, and the pictures of the house in the listing don’t do this place justice as it is bigger and nicer than we expected. We were able to fit two cars in the garage too, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely look to stay here...

"Nice house with many amenities. The fourth bedroom is in a separate backhouse on the property. Some better basic maintenance, like replacing burnt out lightbulbs and the toilets running if not manually stopped, would have made the stay even better. It would have been better to know that the pool and jacuzzi are not heated except by request and with an additional fee charged for a minimum of two days use."

"This property was spacious and clean. The back yard and children's room ensured the 4 year old was able to be entertained. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty food and tourist locations nearby. This was just what we needed "

"This was a great stay. Immaculately clean. When out on the deck it feels like you are in tree house overlooking Silver Lake and the lights at night are magical. Walking around the neighborhood I was able to see some architecturally interesting homes. Would happily come back!! "

"Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure. "

"The room was great, very spacious very clean. Only issue was getting on top of the bunker bed, wish there was a more easier access like stairs rather than a ladder. Other than that. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone."
