Placa Catalunya is only 15 minute walk away to meet the Hop on Hop off bus to start our tour. Grocery store is located on the first floor of the building and still quiet. We arrived early and our flight out was later but we are able store our luggage in the locker so we are able to walk around the city...

"Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. Boat rides and weekend vintage markets. Walkable. Livable. Amazing. I never felt safer and like a local. People were kind everywhere and appreciated when you spoke to them in Spanish.
