"The staff make this place. They are so accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much! The all inclusive drinks are fairly standard but the cocktails taste like bad fortified wine so I would avoid. If you like evening entertainment then you will not be disappointed. If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs....

"My wife and I, had had enough of English winter rain so we rented an appartment in El Medano on Tenerife for January and February. The location made it possible to walk to all the restaurants, supermarkets, and the twice-a-week market - one day with local produce (great stuff!) and one day with nick-nack (not-so-great stuff). Our manager was extremely helpful when we needed to find something specific in El Medano (The Dune) and even kept the Netflix functioning most of the time (however...

"This place was everything we wanted. Great location, beautiful ocean right across the street, great restaurants, affordable, great trails to hike, lovely, lovely people and great weather. The townhouse is clean, quiet and the thing I really liked about it was we met the owner and she was so kind and helpful. We had great communication and she gave us great recommendations. We had amazing food, lovely wine and lots of relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for anything better."

"The property is well located, spacious (we were two adults) and exactly as presented. Consequently, we were very happy with our stay there. The property is really comfortable and furnished to a high standard.
