They have pools everywhere, and we mostly hung out in the large hot spring pool with a swim-up bar and drank the virgin pina coladas that they serve in real pineapples! The staff is very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, the cleaning crew, and the front desk. The breakfast is a buffet full of healthy, delicious variety. The gift shop is great. We were in downpour for 2 days, and ended up just hanging out in the warm pools. One night when my daughter and husband decided to stay in the room for the evening, I spent an hour in the original hot spring on a built-in lounge chair with jets. "
