"The pool was very big, however it was incredibly cold. Food was very good. A good selection of choice for children and adults. Our room was not the best. The sofa bed was on its last legs. It completely v-ed in the middle. Ive never seen a sofa bed like it. There was also a fire extinguisher box positioned outside our room which was directly below a air con vent. "Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant"

"Excellent stay at BARCELÓ Playa Blanca, 2nd visit to Playa Blanca within 5 months. Shops, food places are in close proximity and the stunning beach is a short walk away. The staff and locals are super friendly and it feels really safe. Will make it a yearly visit with my family "
