"The apartment was spacious with a private garden, stunning roof terrace and is within easy walking distance to the town centre. Unfortunately it was completely let down by overall cleanliness especially the kitchen items and surfaces. Even more frustrating was cold shower 4 out of 7 days and the total lack of hot water in the kitchen, When we advised the owners of this they replied ' yes there is no hot water in the kitchen' and did nothing to rectify it! "Property is spacious , beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is a perfect size for cooling off and we sat around the pool in the evening rather than the upstairs terrace . So people understand as you enter the property you have the lounge area , kitchen and covered dinning area . On this floor is a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom and an additional area with a signal beds and exit to the upper terrace. This area has a table a two chairs . We didn’t use it as we...

"Loved the area very peaceful and apartment very clean and cooking facilities adequate. Loved the front Garden beautiful flowers and lovely view at the back and to top it off the roof terrace was perfect and great views also. Loved the street and very easy by car to El Cotillo and Corralejo. Melissa was very helpful and we were able to stay longer as our flight was the evening, so was able to enjoy another day in this wonderful apartment. The Volcano was fantastic nearby worth a trip "

"Ons verblijf was ronduit vreselijk. Inchecken deed deze dame niet omdat ze nooit gasten ontving op zondag, terwijl we gewoon geboekt hadden. Het was vies,geen gas,geen warm water en een heel vies zwembad. Dit mag geen "villa" genoemd worden. Meer een huisje met heel veel achter stalling onderhoud. We zijn één nachtje gebleven en zijn toen naar een ander hotel gegaan en hebben onze vlucht vervroegd. Dus denk na voor je hier naar toe wil."
