Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro."

The hotel was amazing, it opens into a beautiful kitchen area, a fountain to the other side and dining room, then two comfy living spaces. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was my room sat above a very busy and noisy street. I would definitely stay here again! Gracias, Aracelli! "

"Everything was excellent, I meet the owner of the place and they were extremly helpful with us, they have great customer service, and they make us feel very welcome. The room that we book they thought it was a little bit small for us so they upgrade us with a bigger one, the room was super clean and comfortable, We were supposed to stay one nite and decide to add a second. Thank you very much mrs Georgina for make us feel like we were at home."

"The hotel is located in an excellent location you can walk 3 minutes to the church and restaurants all over so thats perfect, but it is a very small room with no closet or large mirror to check your outfit out. Not a family room for sure its more like a couples hotel but I would stay there again .Because of the location! It was clean and nice and quiet. "

"Para llegar a la casa tienes que subir por callejones muy inseguros, esta lejísimos tienes que subir como 300 metros cargando maletas con miedo a que te asalten, los cuartos están separados por ventanas únicamente, totalmente inseguro, para subir a la terraza las escaleras están de picada muy peligrosas, el cuarto súper pequeño apenas puedes caminar, estuchas todo lo que está hablando y haciendo el del cuarto de lado, en general malisimo"
