"This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. This is one of those rare hotels where it is better to be in a room on a LOW floor, which gives you a better view of the beautiful pool and waterfall. I have stayed at hotels all over the world, and this one ranks in the top 3 for sure. "
