"The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood which has the advantage of being quiet. It's also within easy walking distance of a small neighbourhood that is trendy with lots of cafes, restaurants."

"This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. Great location as both trains and buses just steps away as well as grocery store."
