"We stayed at this hotel in December 2023 to visit the Christmas markets. It was such a great experience we returned again with my son and his girlfriend in December 2024 for the Christmas markets. "Great location, steps away from the main station and right next to many late night food options. My check in process didn't go as smoothly with the cold front desk guy, but the situation was quickly resolved. The Asian woman who manages the hotel was such a sweet and hospitable person and made my stay feel more welcoming. "
