"The hotel is quite obviously an older establishment. That said, the current owner/proprietor continues to make improvements to the overall appearance of the hotel as well as the rooms. When I checked in there was work being done in the lobby. When I checked out, there were contractors working on the exterior. I will be staying there again tomorrow night when I return from Michigan to Missouri."

The staff members were very courteous and friendly, the hotel was extremely clean, check-in was quick and easy, breakfast was included, our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. "The hotel was well maintained. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay there.
