"Room was good and breakfast was decent. It took 2 rejected rooms to get ours, though. Neither of the first two rooms had been fully cleaned, with poorly made beds, partially used soaps, and uncollected trash found. The housekeeping here needs some serious improvement with consistency. The room we ended up with was clean and nice, though. We just shouldn’t have to keep going through rooms to find a good one. "

"We were there for two nights for a conference in Edwardsville. Overall we were happy with the facility and would stay again. Our one complaint was there was no portico or covered area outside. Normally that's no problem, but it was raining hard the day we had to leave, so loading the car was a very wet experience."
