"Have stayed here before and found the rooms are always clean and tidy. I especially like it due to coming to Lincoln for doctor's appointments and not having to pay high amounts of money for accommodation. Nice to still get some reasonably budget prices. Thankyou. "

"We arrived for a 3 night stay and the room we were allocated was just as per description. New management had taken over just that week and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to some last minute changes.! Nothing was too much to ask. The rooms are very clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped. Lovely bay views with all rooms looking to the beautiful Boston bay so sunrise facing. Superb! Easy walk into town centre (10mins). Would highly recommend this property. "

"Gorgeous place to stay! The house and garden areas are beautifully maintained. The house is very comfortable and you drift into holiday mode as soon as you walk in. Greg is wonderful, an absolutely incredible host. There are kayaks and a paddle board for use which is perfect for this stunning bay with its crystal clear waters. Walk in, sit back and enjoy the views, the pelicans that come right up to you hoping you have fish to give them, the dolphins that are in the bay daily, the kangaroos that come on to the lawns, the emus that wander through and enjoy pats with Herbie, the local Labrador who takes himself for walks and visits the shacks. We absolutely loved this place! "
