"The Harborside is a fine spot. It's a bit tired, but it's good value for the money. The AC works very well, so important in this part of the world. "It is an old 4-star facility. The rooms are not soundproof, and there are lots of doors, like in condo corridors. However, they are not bad for a quick stay. The location was great: it was in a a very noisy area but within walking distance of all city attractions. "
