" we asked for two beds and they gave us a queen bed. We stayed one night in these conditions with the promise of changing the room another day. They did change our room but gave us another bed that was together but separate. Smaller than the previous bedroom... in short, uncomfortable but otherwise fine"

The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it.
