"Well located accommodation near Vienna Central station. Room has kitchenette which makes it easy to heat/cook food. This is a self service hotel/apartment that makes check in a breeze when you have done all the online requirements before arrival. Hotel staff is available at certain times and are helpful."

"5 stars for desk staff: they were consistently helpful 1 star for housekeeping: we know they "did" the room because the duvets were folded (and the end of the TP). However in 5 days they never restocked the instant coffee, etc (despite our asking at the front desk), rubbish wasn't emptied at times, 2 towels were taken and not replaced, and the floor because gritty as the week progressed (& we remove our shoes). Did not seem like great service for a hotel charging 17€ pp for breakfast The room...

Simple Hotel Near Central Station

"We arrived early in the day and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was simple and clean. Three of us stayed in the room, and there was only one bed. There was ample space within the room to set up my son's travel air mattress on the floor next to the bed. They left us an extra set of sheets and blankets to use on the air mattress. The included breakfast buffet was a big hit with all but the vegan member of our family (there wasn't anything for the vegan to eat). The location, just steps from the central train station, was great for our stay in Vienna. Note that it took awhile to walk to the closest subway station -- since it required walking through the full central train station to get to it."
