"We absolutely loved the resort. The location was very convenient. The condo was spacious and clean. The beach theme decor is wonderful. We were a little disappointed that the shop with ice cream, Starbucks and gifts was closed for the season. The construction going on in our end of the building was noisy at times is you were on the deck but that could not be helped.We will most definitely be back. *****"

"I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here."

The space was spacious for my wife and me and provided the perfect amenities for our stay. It was a short 5-minute drive to the Seaside area, about 7 minutes to Watercolors, and a short 5-minute walk to the public beach.
