"no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. "Great space and accommodations. Condo was fully stocked and loaded with amenities needed for a family stay. Location was also great and perfect for a family of 4 visiting the Lakeland area. Would stay again, highly recommended!! "

"Wife & I, plus our dog...later, grandkids & kids visited for a week. Paid for pool heat and was comfy on cool days and was warm for the kids. Pool clean & well-maintained. Beautiful outdoor space (we lived all waking hours on the pool/patio), beautiful view of lake. The garage was set up as a game room for young kids (they loved), also floaties for pool. "We loved this house! It had enough room for all of us to hang out but also separate if we needed to do so. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood. TVs in every room, a full stocked kitchen and laundry room, and great parking spaces. The host was extremely helpful and answered messages quickly and efficiently during our stay. We will definitely be back! "
