"Our stay at Sonder was wonderful. Staff was friendly and anytime we needed anything they were very accomodating. The rooms were a good size and had the essentials. It’s a reasonably priced stay, clean and safe. The beds are super comfortable and lots of pillows. The grounds aren’t extravagant by any means but they are relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Good location to the Disney Parks but we wish the shuttle service had more departing and returning times. Suggest renting a car for Universal...

"Me gustó mi estadia. La habitación no era muy grande, pero se podia caminar en ella. La cama era comoda. El baño era adecuado, muy limpio y con toallas suficientes. Tenía microondas y pequeño refrigerador. El personal era correcto y me dieron adecuada explicacion de las cosas. "This resort was awesome as far as hospitality and accommodations.. However, the parking fee $30 a day is unreasonable. Whether you use your car or you don’t valet parking is $30 a day I come from New York Long Island specifically and have never heard of such high rates for parking your car Inches away from where you would retrieve it. I did address it with a manager on site who stated they hire an offsite valet company. I suggest they find another company or hire their own people to do valet...

"The room was generous, but upon moving the handicapped accessible shower chair three small (dead) flies did come out. The firepit was broken and the downstairs bar was not open. They did not have red wine available at the pool bar, but the attendant there was kind and gave other options. Our room had a great view and the breakfast was great. "
