"This apartment is convenient to shopping and restaurants. It has good parking, is secure, and is well maintained. This is the third apartment that we have stayed in within this building and it was perfect for two people. "

"Nice little place to stay for a few days. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern decor is easy on the eyes. Everything was neat and clean. The pillows on the bed are too hard to be comfortable for sleep but there are softer ones in the closet. The coffee bar could use a press on /off light under the shelf. The air dryer bearings are failing so device needs replacement. Overall a solid 9/10"

"We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this two-bedroom, two-bath home! The location was truly unique—extremely close to Legoland, with a grocery store just minutes away. The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully themed around Legoland, which added a fun touch. "This property was perfect for my stay in Lakeland to watch spring training baseball. The process was easy and the rental was as described. A great host and the neighborhood was walkable. "

"The place had advertised that there was air conditioning, but there was no way to control it from the room we had, and the guy next door after the host explained to me that he was supposed to keep it at 70 degrees, but he refused to, leaving the room hot and unmanageable. Then, coming to the house from our day at Disney, the guy in the main part of the house was outside in the driveway smoking dope, so my kids had a horrible experience with it, too."
