"Overall the stay was great everyone was extremely friendly and helpful even the secuirty gaurds. Veiw from the room/balcony is amazing, i stayed on the 7th floor. Only minor thing i didnt like was that parking was across the street. Not a big deal at all for us we didnt use our car as everything we did was within walking distance. Crossing the street here though was very easy they have a crosswalk right there with no wait time. They do have a vallet service for 5 more dollars than self parking. Highly recommend this place."

"Very convenient location.There's a park behind the hotel that has trails and a b ridge that leads to downtown. We love this place for its dog-friendly policy. Will come back again. Thanks"

"Cute, Unique, small inn, steps from the beach. Older property but very well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the water tower cottage. Loved the fenced yard and patio. Great for my dog to have a safe place to hang out. Would definitely stay there again. "

"I enjoyed the location because its outside of the busier Santa Cruz area but close to cute Aptos downtown and Captiola is just a couple exits North. There's fast and easy access to the Highway 1. Grocery stores, shops, coffee, are within walking distance. The property is very well maintained. It has a quiet, woodsy vibe but has a very lively dance floor on Friday and Saturday nights with very good live music. It was very fun. I would definitely stay there again. "
