"One of the tidiest and most pleasant houses we've ever rented. The only downside is that 3 of the rooms on the second floor share one tiny bathroom. Other than that it was just wonderful. Beautiful outdoor spaces, everything functional, very well stocked and tastefully decorated. The welcome cookies were delicious"

We had a very comfortable stay and everything was satisfactory and as advertised. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or sit out back and look out at the ocean with some shelter from the wind, views from the kitchen and dining area were very nice, and we were able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom."

"Great location in Santa Cruz and the house had a great layout and was very comfortable. Great view of the water and numerous birds. 3 min walk to the beach. 10 min drive to shopping areas. 30 min to redwoods and an hour to Monterey. When we come back to the area, we will be staying here again."
