"We loved staying here — adorable house and amazing proximity to a great beach. The "loaner" beach items at the house were so thoughtful...thanks for the beach towels, chairs, wagon, wetsuits and boogie board!"

"It was a very convenient location,, close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The pool table was a hit with the boys. Lovely backyard. Hot and cold taps in master bath are reversed, a warning would be nice. "

"Perfect house for all 7 of us, my wife and I, our 2 grown kids, daughter in-law and 2 grand kids. We had space to relax, hide out or play some games. The beach is a super short walk, close enough to hear the surf at night. We did all our meals in the kitchen, it has all the right stuff to prep and serve meals."

"We were very satisfied with our time at this property! The location, neighborhood, and proximity to the beach were all amazing. We had a very comfortable stay and everything was satisfactory and as advertised. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or sit out back and look out at the ocean with some shelter from the wind, views from the kitchen and dining area were very nice, and we were able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom."

"Great location in Santa Cruz and the house had a great layout and was very comfortable. Great view of the water and numerous birds. 3 min walk to the beach. 10 min drive to shopping areas. 30 min to redwoods and an hour to Monterey. When we come back to the area, we will be staying here again."
