"The perfect location to watch the sunrise on the Mississippi River and the Arch. The location is easy to get to and the views from the property are great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurants were good and delicious. The access the national park is the best. Clean rooms. All the amenities are top notch. "

"The hotel is fine. It’s a cool old building, and the room itself was well laid out and immaculately cleaned. The hallways on the other hand are dingy with really dirty/worn carpet. Also, the bathrooms in the section that we stayed in don’t have fans. It’s definitely a good place to lay your head, but don’t pay too much to stay here."

"A structure sticks out of the wall in 410 that keeps the lodger from walking around to his side of the bed. It's ridiculous.You can't really move the bed, but it shouldn't be there anyway. I wish I could attach a picture."

"Nicely updated place, convenient to a lot of St. Louis. Gracious and kind staff - especially the ladies providing a most excellent breakfast. Exceptional exercise room. I noted a couple small issues that appear to be more about the management team getting into a groove with the nearly new hotel building and facilities. My conversations with management were encouraging. I look forward to returning."

"Kyra at the front desk made our check in very easy & smooth. I asked how much it would cost me to check out at 1400 (my flight leaves later in the evening) instead of noon & she let me check out at 1300 for free. Such customer service! I also forgot to bring toothpaste & they provided me with some!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean Middle of the city, so you're close to everything. Had fun playing pool Dis likes- parking, some homeless, didnt beg to much.Breakfast was free, but first come first serve. Which sucks if other kids grab a sandwich and then throw it away. You're out of sandwiches. Couldn't figure out how to hook up PlayStation to TV, "
