Vacation Your Way created Tiny Town to provide quick get-a-ways (estimated 1.5 hour drive) from DFW and other big cities around Texas so y’all can enjoy the ranch life at our unique vacation rentals. Ask us about our second Tiny Town that is a ranch experience with farm animals in Hico, TX! There is always some small project construction going on because it's a working ranch.
If you are traveling with extended family or friends, please contact your host so that we can book your groups nearby each other. It's the perfect way to travel with others, you each have your own private space but your guests are nearby. Tiny homes and cabins are spread apart on our many acres.
At the front of our property is our RV Park, so bring your RV friends to enjoy our great hook-ups and RV amenities. Call your host to add an RV spot!
HIGHLIGHTS for TINY HOME 1–Love Byrd
-Sleeping: Queen bed in loft. (Sleeps 2)
-Living area -bench to sit and watch TV that has DVD player and some DVDs
-The bathroom has a sink, full-sized toilet, and a full size shower. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. “Flushable” or any wipes or sanitary products will ruin and plug up the septic system. The cost to repair is $950! The bathroom is fully equipped with a sliding barn door.Hot water tank is small, so hot showers must be quick showers.
-Kitchen has sink, a dual cooktop, microwave/toaster oven combo, , large fridge/freezer, keurig and K-cups, complimentary water bottles, Tea bags, creamers and sugars, as well as kitchen utensils and cookware.
-Outdoor deck-Enjoy a unique quaint country experience close to nature; two-seater bench
We have a fantastic community BBQ area with a gas BBQ and charcoal. You may need to take gas tank to town to trade it in for a full one- if this happens - just let me know, please.

More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize the beautiful space so you can escape the city and truly enjoy the fresh open air of the ranch!

PARKING: Please park on the gravel spot next to your tiny home. If you have a second car ask where overflow parking is, please. You may want to bring a flashlight if you arrive in the evening. (Umbrella will help when it’s raining) Expect typical plants and insects as this is a ranch. It may be a muddy walk due to weather.
Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties.
We have a beautiful community fire pit. All outdoor area is shared with other guests
There are no laundry facilities available.
This is Texas - please be careful about natural animals (Snakes, Bugs, Scorpions...etc are around).
★Our Checkout Checklist includes the following items:
-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area
