"Let me premise saying I would 100% stay here again, so any complaints are small. There were small inconveniences that lowered my rating. A great location and easy to get to anything, but parking was exclusively street parking and very luck-of-the-draw if you found a spot. The unit was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been (leftover trash/items from previous tenants). And we did have some issues with our door code not working originally and the WiFi being down for a day. Loved the view...

"First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!"

"We were so thankful to find a place that accepted our elderly poodle and had plenty of seating so our local extended family could gather during the day over the holidays. My mom lives in a nearby assisted living facility and my sister lives in Louisville and has a cat (we are allergic) so this was convenient, comfortable, and not overpriced. "This home has a great location within walking distance to the stadium and Sloan lake and short drive to Meow Wolf. This would have been a perfect stay, if not for the 3rd bedroom which is a very small converted office on the entry floor, with literally no room for anything but the bed. The half bath is the next floor up and the full bath is 2 floors up from this room. Very comfortable space for 2 couples! "
