"We stayed here for the weekend while visiting our son at CU and attending a football game. The location was within short driving distance of most things (Pearl Street, CU famous, Stadium) and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The space itself is large and accommodated 3 of us comfortably. Jess was very easy to communicate with, we had no issues at all. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of trails and parks. "

The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. "My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...
