"Nice older hotel. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. I was there for Oceans Calling so it wasn't too busy, but it was a good location, especially with the beach a short walk away. My only complaint would be the smoking on the balconies...I couldn't open my patio door without having cigarette smoke wafting into the room - also made it a bit unpleasant to sit out there (I can't stand cig smoke, being a former smoker)."

"When we arrived to check-in, the front desk staff (Jennifer) was on the phone ignoring us and the people in front of us. After several minutes, she put the phone on hold and responded to the people in front of us. She was very dismissive of them. Then she rudely told us that we needed to wait because she had someone on the phone and her coworker had stepped away, but we would be helped whenever she (Jennifer) was done on the phone. Other than that, our stay was great and our kids can't wait to...
