"A clean updated room, clean bathroom. Soaps and shampoo were minimal at best, but I travel with my own. Mattresses are firm, cooling worked great. Owners were very nice, as was the staff. A great value! I will stay here again. "

"They didn’t have keys to the room. Had to wait for someone with a master key to let us in...took a while. Also without a key, we couldn’t leave unless we propped our door open. Tv was a very old tube one that the picture was going out on. Blanket on top of bed was so thin we had to use our own to stay warm. Would never recommend to anyone nor will we ever stay at this chain of hotels again."

"We booked this to attend a concert at the Frost Bank Center. We booked months in advance and u like some hotels we were given the room we expected. Staff was friendly and always available. There was a lot of guests to see JHope’s Hope on the Stage tour and everyone was treated respectfully. Excellent stay"
