"When I arrived to check in, they took $100 deposit which was just meant to be a block on my card, however they actually charged my card so when I checked out I ended up losing money due to the charges when they then added $100 back to my card which was annoying (so just letting UK residents know if they stay). "The pool was closed which was disappointing and no prior information on the website. Also, they said complementary breakfast and they didn’t have anything. Plus it was loaded with homeless people and people on drugs. I was very scared of the location, there was no security. At night i kept seeing lights flash our room and people talking but we were the last room on the floor. Also, some homeless person was showering in the bathroom bu the lobby, made it seem like just anyone off the street can...
