I came in on an early flight and Tonya was able to get me into my room by 10 o’clock because it was empty that night before. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that after spending 12 hours flying. Hotel is beautiful, the Thames Riveris beautiful, the staff is amazing. I have to say is the finest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. The view is breathtaking. This Swan is perfect!💕"
