"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"Great location. Close to train station and grocery store. Short walk into center of town. Perfect for us at ages 85 and 74 years old. Nice kitchen to work in for meals. We were there three months and certainly would return. Jakub was a wonderful host and very attentive."

"A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. "Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
